Rates Include: Standard setups during business hours, tables and chairs, and basic audio/visual package set-up.
Audio/visual package includes projector, computer, screen, and microphone (banquet hall only) if needed.
Video conference capability available – additional fees apply.

Audio/visual support during or assistance with presentation preparation prior to the event will be billed at $75 per hour if applicable.

Additional Charges: At the discretion of the Facility Manager, additional charges may be incurred for non-standard
set-up or clean-up, use during non-business or weekend hours, and events lasting after midnight. Business hours are Monday-
Friday; 7:30am -5:30pm. Events with greater than 300 attendees are subject to a setup surcharge.
Minimum weekend charge is $500 per event.

Catering: The exclusive campus caterer is Aramark. Additionally, a limited assortment of in-house food and beverage may be
available: Coffee -$15.00 per carafe; Bottled Water - $1.75 each; Soft Drinks - $1.50 ea; Snack Items - $1.00 ea.

 Copies - $.10 per single sided b/w copy; $.25 per color single sided copy. Flip chart pads - $25 ea.
Covered tables for vendors/exhibits - $15 ea.
